“Basically, if someone else has your domain, your URL, your website identifier, and you want it.

So here’s the thing. If you are just a business and someone else is using your domain name, right, and you do not have a registered trademark for that business name or specifically that domain name, then it will be basically impossible for you to get that domain so if you have a business name someone else is using it as their domain for the same or similar items goods services that they are selling. You will, without a trademark, not be able to go get it from them. That is where the importance of a trademark comes in. Right. So you want to make sure that you go ahead and get your trademark.

But let’s say you have a registered trademark, but someone else has taken the domain. And there’s two kinds of situations like whether they’re actually using it…”
