My Recent Personal Contract Dispute
“Please cancel my payments.
The person never responded back . My payment for the next month went through. So I reach out again and I say, You know what? I wanted to cancel. That’s why I reached out to you before the payment. Please cancel the automatic payments and refund. And so the message I get back is I have a 20 day cancelation policy.
And so my response is, okay, where does it say that there is this cancelation policy, right? And so when I started working out when I started working with this coach, I had to fill out a questionnaire. So they respond and say, Oh, it was sent to you with that questionnaire. And so I look up with the questionnaire, and I don’t see anything, and I say, okay, I’m not seeing you with the questionnaire.
Please send me the link, the original link, whether it was an email, or if you sent me a link on Instagram or through the app we are messaging on, just please send me the original link so I can go back and look at that. So instead of sending me the link, this person sends me a screenshot of a small portion of a contract that I had never seen.”
